Sauté the pancakes ... and marry them with apples! A sweet and delicious recipe to delight your young gourmands.
- For the pancake batter (about 10 pancakes):
- 50 g Ebly Flour Flour
- 3 medium eggs
- 30 g of butter
- 15 g of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 liter (50 cl) of milk
- 1 C. liquid vanilla flavoring
- For the garnish (8 pancakes):
- 3 apples
- 10 g of sweet butter
- Lemon juice
- 1 C. vanilla sugar
- Ice sugar for decoration
In a large bowl, mix the flour, the eggs, the melted butter, the sugar, a pinch of salt and add the milk little by little. Finally add the aroma. Leave for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
In a very hot skillet (this is the secret of a successful cooking), pour a small ladle of dough, and return to half-cooking. Cool 8 pancakes.
Wash the apples and remove the stumps. Cut them into slices.
Heat the butter in a pan, add the apples, the lemon juice, the vanilla sugar. Brown on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Spread pancakes and apples on dessert plates. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve immediately!
Tip: mix with the mixer or electric robot, it is even easier and no need to let the dough rest.
