An original recipe to taste before a game, of course!


  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • mill pepper
  • oil
  • 1 C. butter
  • 4 salad leaves
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 slices of cheese gratin
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 4 rolls special sesame burger
  • 2 tablespoons black sesame
  • 2 teaspoons of mustard


Mix the ground meat with the egg, salt and pepper. Form four patties. Heat the oil and butter in a pan and cook the burger for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Wash and dry the salad. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices. Cut the rolls in half. On the lower half first put a salad leaf, then a little Ketchup and the burger.

Then arrange a slice of tomato with a little mayonnaise and a slice of cheese. Put the second half of the bun on it.

With a clean brush, draw with the pentagon 5 mustard on the bread. Fill the pentagons with black sesame and press a little. Serve immediately.
