A recipe rich in chocolate for your greedy. To taste in small bites because it is rich in calories.


For 4 people

For brownie dough:

  • 150 g of 64% dark chocolate pastry
  • 90 g caster sugar
  • 90 g of flour
  • 70 g of half-salted butter
  • 40 g crushed pecans
  • 2 eggs

For the cookie dough:

  • 180 g flour
  • 120 g of milk chocolate chips
  • 100 g soft half-salt butter
  • 90 g brown sugar
  • 1 C. coffee baking powder


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Prepare the brownie dough: melt the butter and chopped chocolate gently. Pour into a salad bowl, add the caster sugar, eggs and flour. Add the pecans. Mix and pour into the baking pan lined with baking paper.

Prepare the dough for cookies: in a bowl, whisk the butter with the brown sugar. Add the egg, flour and yeast, mix. Stir in the chocolate chips. Separate the dough into 8 pieces, spread evenly over the brownie dough in the pan, pressing gently. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.

Cut into pieces once cooled.
